hahaha, and jet fuel is actually kerosene. we sell waste fuel to
other countries and they use it for oil lamps 
and waste fuel would be the fuel we collect from the
aircraft every day when we do sampling to make sure there's no
water contamination.
all that bull about fuel is expensive is pretty much baloney. (of
course if some 'experts' reading this will come in and try to prove
otherwise).
hmmmm commercial i think its not possible since the RSAF is the
only one controlling the helicopter community here. which company
can afford cheap labour, 24hr standby, ready aircraft spares,
medical officers, pilots and aircrew?
